	Bereits 2013 hatte der Jamaikaner Harlo Mayne sein Konzept H2 Flex vorgestellt, mit dem durch Wasserstoffzugabe in einem Benzin-/Dieselauto die Reichweite vergrössert werden kann. Der Wasserstoff wird rein chemisch erzeugt durch Reaktion von Wasser mit einer Aluminiumpatrone und Luftsauerstoff. Mittlerweile gibt es eine professionelle Internetseite mit Animationsvideo. Economical hydrogen production by electrolysis using nano pulsed DC
	Hydrogen is an alternate renewable eco fuel. The environmental friendly hydrogen production method is electrolysis. The cost of electrical energy input is major role while fixing hydrogen cost in the conventional direct current Electrolysis. Using nano pulse DC input make the input power less and economical hydrogen production can be established. In this investigation, a lab scale electrolytic cell developed and 0.58 mL/sec hydrogen/oxygen output is obtained using conventional and nano pulsed DC. The result shows that the nano pulsed DC gives 96.8 % energy saving.

DFEM-Simulationsrechnung eines Raumenergie-Konverters mit realistischen Parametern für einen praktischen Aufbau
	Ein theoretisches Simulationsverfahren für Raumenergie-Konverter auf der Basis einer dynamischen Finite Elemente Methode (DFEM) wurde entwickelt und vorgestellt in [Tur 10a], [Tur 10b]). Dies war jedoch nur die Ausarbeitung des Rechenverfahrens, enthielt aber noch keine realistischen Parameter die einen experimentellen Aufbau ermöglichten. Wie man darüberhinaus ein realisierbares System berechnen kann, zeigt die hier vorgestellte Arbeit. Die entscheidende Grundlage dabei ist die Steuerung der Propagationsgeschwindigkeit der Wechselwirkungsfelder, welche für die Funktionsweise des Konverters verantwortlich sind. Im hier vorgestellten Beispiel sind dies die Felder der elektromagnetischen Wechselwirkung, wobei ein Kondensator und eine Spule derart aufeinander abgestimmt werden, dass die Frequenz einer elektromagnetischen Schwingung mit der Frequenz einer mechanischen Schwingung übereinstimmen muß. Von der Präzision der Abstimmung hängt die Wandlung der Raumenergie ab.

	In the spring 2020 issue of the journal of the ‘World Institute of the Scientifc Exploration’ you can read from page 63 to page 69 an extensive presentation of the finest and most detailed book ever written about the Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oscillator (MWO), a device originally invented by Georges Lakhovsky in the 1930s. It was used to treat cancer, microbial diseases, and numerous other diseases and disorders, and could potentially be used to treat the coronavirus. It was also used to rejuvenate animals and plants from debilated conditions back to health and vigor. This is the 5th edition and has nearly 50 more pages of new material than the 4th edition published in 2016. Both authors Bruno Sacco and Tony Kerselaers are electrical engineers, with over 25 years experience, and were able to locate and analyze original Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oszillators produced by the C.I.L.S.A. company in France during the period 1931 to 1940. The great detail of their analysis is shown in the book’s Table of Contents.

	Der 52jährige Friedrich Lüling aus Schleswig-Holstein hatte - so der Kommentator in der UFA-Wochenschau 498/1966 - die Voraussetzungen für einen Dauermagnetmotor entwickelt. Inzwischen glaube er, den Motor so weit vervollkommnet zu haben, dass er ihn in der UFO-Wochenschau zum ersten Mal vorstellen könne. Während der Magnetmotor vor sich hin schnurrt und läuft, kommentiert der Erfinder dann selber, es sei ihm bereits 1954 “entgegen aller Kenntnisse über Magnete� gelungen, die Magnetkraft zu neutralisieren. Der Anker werde von den Magneten angezogen bis kurz vor den Punkt, wo er ihn festhalten wolle. Im selben Augenblick setze die Neutralisierung der Magnete ein, so dass sich der Anker komplett ohne Rückzugskraft und ohne jeglichen Restmagnetismus herausbewegte. 	The BB Motor Corporation is based in Southlake, Texas, and claims to have an exotic engine they have named "J.I.M.S" which stands for, "Jesus Is My Savior." The engine was invented by an individual named, "Rhett." He came up with the idea for engine not long after his son was killed in a roadside bombing in Iraq. Certain elements of the engine's logo honor the countless soldiers that have given their lives to preserve freedom. Other elements represent the company's dedication to producing "green" technology that is environmentally friendly. Basically, the technology is claimed to work in a very interesting way. An electric motor produces hundreds of pounds of hydraulic pressure that is fed into the engine. A "hydraulic multiplier" effect then takes place inside the engine that apparently creates extra energy via a mechanism that remains undisclosed for proprietary reasons. The mechanical output power of the engine is then greater than the electrical energy that was used to power the electric motor.

Realistic construction guidelines for a ZPE-Converter
	In February 2011 the theory of a powerful vacuum-energy converter was developed, and such converters have been simulated with a dynamic finite element method (DFEM). The result was a theoretical description of the machine which should be appropriate for technical applications. Due to many questions from colleagues who read the mentioned article, the author decided to continue his development on the DFEM-algorithm in order to simulate a zero-point-energy (ZPE) motor on the computer, as close to reality as possible. The theoretical background of the simulation is explained in detail here, so that every colleague should be able, to use the algorithm in the appendix of the publication and to adapted it to the setup of a vacuum-energy motor according to his own conception.

	In February, 2004 Mark L. LeClair, CEO & Founder of NanoSpire, Inc., discovered a crystalline form of water which has an equilateral triangular cylinder subunit that most commonly forms jet hexagon cross-sections. The crystal is a series of repeating O-H bonds along its axis and is bound by hydrogen bonds in the cross-sectional plane, a type of hybrid bonded crystal known as a van der Waals crystal. The crystal tail can split into a fractal fan on impact. The leading face closest to the bow shock and the sides of the crystal are positively charged and the tail is negative, allowing the crystal to form observed closed loops. The positive charge of the leading face and sides was revealed by impacting the crystal into litmus paper. The crystal, moving at supersonic and greater speeds, is surrounding by a bow shock like a fighter plane. The positively charged crystal is attracted to its own negatively charged bow shock by the Casimir Force and coherently extracts zero point energy on a large scale. The crystal then accelerates to what appears to be relativistic speeds in very short distances. This is implied by the heavy element transmutation observed bull-dozed in front of the bow shock, the only way these heavy elements are known to form in nature is either from stellar core collapse or supernova explosions, both occurring at relativistic speeds. The transmutation process observed in all the experiments closely matched the behaviour of stellar fusion nucleosynthesis and both type I & II supernova shock nucleosynthesis. This discovery will have a major effect on stellar evolution astronomy, allowing stellar nucleosynthesis, stellar core collapse nucleosynthesis and supernova nucleosynthesis to all be studied on a desktop, with varying compositions. The phenomenon of the water crystal propelled by the attraction to its bow shock has been named the LeClair Effect. Based on the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principal, the LeClair Effect theory and the profound discoveries based on it pose a serious quantum theory challenge to the classical understanding of Newton’s Laws of Motion and the 1stand 2nd laws of thermodynamics. In March, 2007 Mark LeClair built and tested the first cavitation reactor powered by the LeClair Effect, based on our patented technology. More research was done from 2007 to 2009 with a variety of other reactor designs that led to a series of key experiments performed from July – August, 2009 under a grant, titled: Utilization of Crystallized Cavitation Reentrant Jets for Zero Point Energy Production. The goal was to produce a next stage hot water heater reactor based on the LeClair Effect and was awarded by a potential investor focused on promoting cold fusion. Mark LeClair and Serge Lebid discovered that the scaled-up LeClair Effect reactor was triggering intense fusion, fission and large scale elemental transmutation using ordinary water. The 1.25� ID by 12� long reactor produced 2.9 kW of hot water using only 840 watts of input, a coefficient of performance (COP) of 3.4 times more energy out than in.

Increased voltage phenomenon in a resonance circuit of unconventional magnetic configuration
	Osamu Ide, the head of the Japanese Green Cross Society's Clean Energy Laboratory, told about a motor developed by him, which operates by discharge of a capacitor in an LC circuit. The motor utilises the magnetic attraction between a pair of coils (the stator) and a ferromagnetic core (configured as a rotor) which moves between the coils. The unconsumed magnetic energy is recycled by recharging the capacitor. Ide says he observed an unusual increase of recharge voltage, which occurs only when the magnetic fields of opposing coils are opposing each other. The ferromagnetic core does not receive negative torque during the discharge. Ide believes he is witnessing a possible over-unity effect and has published an article about his motor in the Journal of Applied Physics, 77 (11) of 1 June 1995, entitled "Increased voltage phenomenon in a resonance circuit of unconventional magnetic configuration".

	In dieser Übersicht wird gezeigt, welche Ideen und Projekte es bis heute gibt zur Umsetzung von radialen oder lateralen Magnetkraftwirkungen auf Magnete, die spiralig auf einem Rotor angeordnet sind. Nach klassischem Physikverständnis kann eine wie auch immer ausgestaltete dynamisch bewegte Anordnung von Magneten nicht zu einer autonomen Bewegung führen. Da Magnetfelder sog. konservative Felder sind, ergibt das Summenintegral über eine beliebige Kraft-Weg- bzw. Drehmoment-Winkel-Bewegung stets Null. Da keine Primärenergie umgewandelt wird, kann auch keine sekundäre Nutzenergie ausgekoppelt werden. Dies wäre nur dann anders, wenn bei einem Magnetmotor im Zuge variabler Magnetkräfte ein energetischer Mehreintrag durch Kopplung der Elementarspins an das äussere Temperatur- bzw. innere Quantenfeld auftreten würde. Solche Untersuchungen - auch mittels extrem präziser Kalorimetrie - wären sinnvoll, sobald ein autonom laufender Magnetmor vorgeführt bzw. vermarktet würde.

	Wir treiben die Entwicklung eines prinzipiell neuen Kraftstoffs auf Mikroemulsionsbasis voran. Ziel ist die Lösung der durch Dieselmotoren hervorgerufenen Umweltbelastung (Ruß und NOx). Wir stellen die Analyse neuer Emissions- und Verbrauchsdaten aus Verbrennungsversuchen vor. Es zeichnet sich ab, dass bei stationär betriebenen Motoren die Nutzung der Wasser-Diesel-Mikroemulsionen mit einem konstanten Wassergehalt äußerst vorteilhaft ist. Bei Kfz-Motoren mit ihrem ständigen Lastwechsel geht die Entwicklung in Richtung motorbetriebspunktabhängiger Wasseranteile. Wir haben neue Dieseladditive entwickelt, die die Mikroemulsionsformulierungen mit beliebig variierenden Abstract Wassergehalten ermöglichen. Zur Demonstration und Quantifizierung der Effekte wurde ein BMW 530d mit einer ?on-board-mixing? Technik ausgerüstet und im Praxisbetrieb sowie beim TÜV getestet. Messdaten zeigen, dass bei gleichzeitiger Erhöhung des Wirkungsgrades der Verbrennungsmotoren und Einsparung an fossilen Energieträgern simultan Ruß- und NOx-Emissionen drastisch gesenkt werden. Wir sehen die positive Wirkung des Wassers darin, dass das in den Nanostrukturen des Mikroemulsionskraftstoffs eingeschlossene Wasser bei der Einspritzung in den Verbrennungsraum eine positive Wirkung auf Gemischbildung wie die Verbrennung selbst entfaltet.

	The history of mankind retains names of the numerous characters who dared overturn the commonly accepted postulates or the conventional fundamental notions of science, names of inventors of the perpetual motion machines and similar sources of energy or mysterious methods of changing base metals into precious ones. Some of them turned out to be absolute charlatans but ideas of others more than once proved to be a breakthrough in the human knowledge. Their seemingly insane theories and inventions refuted the dogmas and false beliefs that had existed for years. Galileo Galilee, Nicholas Copernicus, Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Edward Tsiolkovsky, Vladimir Vernadskiy, Alfred Hubbard and others were among these scientific "trouble-makers". If not their revolutionary conceptions we would still be hammering away with stone axes and moving around exceptionally on foot.
