Galilean Electrodynamics Homepage [¤]
Galilean Electrodynamics aims to publish high-quality scientific papers that discuss challenges to accepted orthodoxy in physics, especially in the realm of relativity theory, both special and general. The journal also publishes papers in areas of potential application for better relativistic underpinnings, from quantum mechanics to cosmology. On occasion, the journal will publish papers on other less relativity-related topics. But all papers are expected to be in the realms of physics, engineering or mathematics. The journal seeks to publish any and all new and rational theories consistent with experimental fact. Where there is more than one new theory that meets the criteria of consistency with experiment, faultless logic and greater simplicity than orthodoxy offers, none will be favored over the others, except where Ockham's razor yields an overwhelming verdict. Though the main purpose of the journal is to publish papers contesting orthodoxy in physics, it will also publish papers responding in defense of orthodoxy. We invite such response because our ultimate purpose here is to find the truth. We ask only that such response offer something more substantive than simple citation of doctrine. The journal most values papers that cite experimental evidence, develop rational analyses, and achieve clear and simple presentation. Papers reporting experimental results are preferred over purely theoretical papers of equally high standard. No paper seen to contradict experiment will be accepted. But papers challenging the current interpretation for observed facts will be taken very seriously. Short papers are preferred over long papers of comparable quality. All papers are reviewed by qualified physicists, astronomers, engineers or mathematicians. A reviewer's rejection of a submitted paper for the sole reason that it contradicts accepted opinion and interpretation will be ignored by the Editor.

About Philica [¤]
Philica is an online academic journal accepting publications on any subject. Philica takes a completely revolutionary approach to the publishing and reviewing of academic research. Philica was conceived by two British psychologists who had grown dissatisfied with traditional academic journal publishing. This makes profits from researchers? efforts through strong copyright restrictions which greatly limit the free exchange of information, both between research groups and between researchers and the public. Philica gives control back to researchers, and provides an open and transparent forum where knowledge and thought can live and grow. Crucially, Philica still provides a process of academic peer review, allowing proper critical examination of ideas and findings. However, for the very first time this process is both transparent and dynamic. It is transparent as reviews can be seen publicly; it is dynamic because opinions can change over time, and this is reflected in the review process.

Project Camelot - Blue Science
Suggested Articles of John Maguire [¤]
Blue Science is the scientific branch of Project Camelot. It has grown out of: the need of Project Camelot to evaluate the scientific and technical claims of witnesses and whistle blowers, and the need of the public to access and use the hidden sciences and technologies that have been kept from us. Apotheosis of Washington - Science We see the next American/global revolution as not just a return to the kind of political freedom during the founding of these united States, but additionally, a forward movement into energy freedom. Our Founding Fathers were not merely politicians; they were philosophers of the highest order, with highly spiritual considerations catalyzed into action by facing the same tyrannical and oppressive forces which are revealing themselves now. This present time is a reflection of that period in history. Energy freedom is just one of many manifestations of the evolution in consciousness that is taking place within all of us that is leading to a new age of freedom and liberty.
